5,25 GHz overlocking (World record)

The question that this video raises the most for me at the moment is how could IBM attain the 5Ghz in its power6 processors (multi-cores !!!) with simple water cooling, while as this video shows, the 5 Ghz could hardly be attained using liquid nitrogen ! on a single core! processor? this is so weired, could IBM own an extremely advanced technology? to this point?
